About The Position

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide training and proctoring for the Washington DSHS Nurse Delegation course. In this role, you will support caregivers through education, ensure compliance with state requirements, and deliver a high-quality learning experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining training standards while partnering closely with our Training & Development team and branch staff.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Washington
Strong communication skills with the ability to support diverse learner groups
Comfortable facilitating virtual training (Zoom/Teams, screen sharing, chat management, troubleshooting tech)
Ability to manage communications via Outlook and Teams
Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in home care, geriatrics, acute care, or related field
Previous training or teaching experience

Responsibilities

Facilitate Nurse Delegation training courses (virtual and/or in-person)
Review course materials and support learners throughout training
Proctor exams and ensure compliance with testing requirements
Answer questions and reinforce understanding of course content
Lead Zoom or Microsoft Teams sessions, including screen sharing and presentation delivery
Collaborate with Training & Development and branch teams to ensure smooth course execution
Provide a professional, supportive, and customer-focused experience to caregivers
Maintain knowledge of agency policies, the Nurse Practice Act, and applicable state and federal regulations
Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and vaccinations
