Assist medical staff with providing quality care to clients, including but not limited to typical LPN duties. Apply knowledge of WHS programs and services, including applicable licensing and contract regulations and collaborative entities. Maintain adequate client records, medical records and logs and collaborate with all staff ensuring confidentiality. Collaborate with all staff and agencies to ensure clients have health and medical needs met. Monitor and document storage and dispensing of medication and supplies, including training other staff. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Manage youth in care, maintain safety; respond to and report crisis and relevant incidents. Create and maintain professional, safe, supportive and therapeutic environment. Demonstrate proficiency in WHS technology platforms and applications. Participate/attend and complete all required contractual, licensing and agency training successfully. Function as a mandated reporter, as required by Michigan Child Protection Law. Attend all required meetings. Other duties, as assigned.
