About The Position

Part-time position. M/W/F one week and T/TH next week rotation. Position Purpose: The Registered Nurse positions are responsible for care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The Registered Nurse functioning in the spirit of teamwork is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, procedures and guidelines of the Organization. Specialty: OBGYN Location: 5300 N Meadows Dr Suite 3800, Grove City, OH 43123 Hours of office: Part Time - 20 hours Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm: Monday, Wednesday and Friday one week and Tuesday, Thursday next week rotation

Requirements

• Graduate from a credited School of Nursing.
• Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• One year RN experience required
• Current BLS/CPR

Nice To Haves

• one-year experience in a medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in emergency situations under the direction of the provider
• Maintains confidentiality regarding patient and business functions of the center.
• Performs basic medical procedures under the supervision of a provider, including set up of procedures.
• Administers medications under the direction of the provider, according to the organization’s standards, policies, procedures, and/or guidelines.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked patient care area, observing asepsis techniques and all other federal mandates.
• Keeps all inventory records, logs and maintains required records for CLIA including specimen, maintenance, daily, weekly and monthly logs.
• Aids in identifying methods of improving patient care.
• Demonstrates a positive customer service attitude/behavior.
