Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region
  • Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Must have a valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certification.
