Professional growth is encouraged through participation in educational programs to maintain state licensure, and the nurse is expected to code office visits for reimbursement using CPT-ICD-10 codes. The role also involves continuously improving nursing standards and practices to align with new office concepts and managerial methods, and performing other assigned duties.
