Requirements
- Current, active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
- Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff, prioritize care, and maintain reliable attendance
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience in long-term care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory requirements
- Support staffing, scheduling coordination, and real-time clinical decision-making
- Respond to changes in resident condition and oversee appropriate interventions
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing team members
