Registered Nurse (on-call/overnight)
About The Position
BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, for a full-time On-Call Runner opportunity performing home health visits in territories throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, NJ. We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, NJ. This is a full-time, salaried position. Rotating schedule - on-call from 5pm to 8:30am - 7 days on and then 7 days off! Full Time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year! Work 7 days on and then 7 days off Hours: 5pm to 8:30am Triage calls from patients and perform home health visits IN PERSON as needed. As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Nice To Haves
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
