The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within Camino Health Center’s clinical operations. This role focuses on direct patient care, clinical triage, coordination of services, patient education, operational support to providers and care teams, and collaboration with the laboratory department to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient specimens. The RN also collaborates with Population Health and Quality Improvement departments to support clinical protocol development, back-office standard work, and population-based care initiatives. The RN contributes to a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Ensures that the core values of the Camino Health Center - Service, Dignity, Justice, and Excellence are carried out within daily tasks.
