About The Position

Registered Nurses: Looking to stay clinically engaged without long shifts or burnout? ComForCare Home Care is hiring a PRN RN to join our growing team in NYC, offering 4-16 hours per month with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our aging population. Requirements

Unencumbered New York State RN License
CPR, BLS Certification
2 or more years of hospital experience (Acute Care) and/or Home Care
Ability to commute to Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx
Willingness to be part of a growing Team

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive in-home assessments
Develop or update Care Plans
Perform Supervisory Visits
Communicate with the office, caregivers, and clients/families
Provide ongoing education and in-field support to HHAs and PCAs
