Pediatric Nursing (Home & School): 1:1 school cases, building/sub/floater roles, or home care for children with complex needs. Private Duty Nursing: Long-term, 1:1 skilled care in the home for patients with chronic or complex conditions (trach/vent, g-tube, wound care). Requirements

Active RN license in New York State
Minimum 6 months of experience in home care or school nursing
Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Physical exam completed within the past year
QuantiFERON test within the past year
MMR documentation or titers

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and treatments
Monitor and document patient health status; report changes promptly
Assist with daily living activities while preserving client dignity
Maintain a safe and supportive home environment
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams to implement personalized care plans
