Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification and negative TB test
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency with IVs preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care based on individualized Plans of Care
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the Director of Nursing
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
