About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dialysis care directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). This role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease. Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
• CNN or CDN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
• Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
