About The Position

We’re hosting a RN Interview Day - BY INVITATION ONLY for the following units for Mount Sinai West Hospital on Thursday, December 4th, 2025. Nurses are the heart of healthcare – compassionate collaborators with valued expertise and voices who provide and coordinate relationship-centered care on a 24/7 basis. You are empowered to build harmonious partnerships on behalf of each patient and family member that entrust us with their care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the care of the adult patient experience general medical conditions or general surgical procedures. Please note this event is invitation-only . We will contact selected candidates with an exclusive invitation to this event.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing required
- Current New York State Registered Nurse / RN license (or willingness and eligibility to obtain) required
- At least one year of acute care hospital RN experience – highly preferred
- Relevant clinical competence in areas of nursing practice is critical for success; new graduates should possess current knowledge of the nursing care delivery model and its application
- BLS required - American Heart Association
- ACLS required - American Heart Association - for Progressive Care M-S Stepdown
Nice To Haves
- Medical Surgical RN experience preferred
- Stepdown, Telemety or Critical Care experience preferred - for Progressive Care Stepdown
