About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans. This role involves administering prescribed medications and treatments, continuously monitoring resident conditions, and reporting any changes to the interdisciplinary team. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, the position requires providing emotional support and guidance to residents and their families, as well as supervising and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to maintain high standards of quality care.
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Ability to work as part of a clinical team and communicate effectively
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-centered
