The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The Clinic RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members in an outpatient clinic setting. Clinic RNs are pivotal members of the care delivery team headed by the physician and have specialized knowledge, skills and ability pertinent to ambulatory care patient needs. Scope of performance includes prioritization and triage of care delivery, implementing established standing orders and protocols, performing procedures and therapies consistent with training and licensure. Position Details: PRN Float Position covering Ambulatory Clinics in the Wasatch Back Includes specialty and primary care, along with Instacare Shifts Clinics open as early as 7:30 a.m. and stay open as late as 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Instacares are open 7 days a week and holidays from 7:50 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Float Pool caregivers are expected to work the entire requested shift. PRN Caregivers submit availability of 1 weekday shift per pay period AND 2 weekend shifts per month. (4 shifts per month minimum). Clinics in Park City and Heber. Shifts may qualify for mileage reimbursement.
