As a RN, you will: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects. Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families. Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents. Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans. Open Shifts Available: 1st shift, Full-time, 12 hour shifts Rotating Weekends 2nd shift Full-Time, 8 hour shifts Rotating Weekends 3rd shift, Full-time, 12 hour shifts Rotating Weekends Limited weekend on call rotations
