About The Position
UW Medical Center – Northwest has an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is interested in working at our Childbirth Center. We have opportunity for an experienced nurse in Labor and Delivery .
Requirements
- Two or more years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. (Charge nurse experienced preferred)
- Have/Obtain a RN license to practice in Washington state or MSL.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Charge nurse experienced preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the labor and delivery process
- Administration of medication, including epidurals.
- Help mother and baby in baby’s first breastfeeding
- Assist in mother and baby couplet care.
