About The Position
RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Registered Nurses to join our Young Ault ACT Team in West Babylon, NY. The nurse will provide medical services on a community based mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for young adults (ages 18-28) diagnosed with severe persistent mental illness. Provide management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist or NPP. Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Education Department.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
- A valid and clean NY State driver license.
- Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
Responsibilities
