About The Position
Golden Years Homestead, part of the nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is a faith-based retirement community focused on care over profit. We serve 200+ residents across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, all rooted in kindness, respect, and teamwork. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) 3rd Shift Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Long-term care experience preferred (35 years)
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Flexibility and a heart for serving seniors

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure quality care
- Administer meds and treatments
- Monitor residents health and respond to changes
- Support admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Uphold safety and infection control standards
- Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team
