Requirements

Active RN license in Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accountability for resident outcomes, staff supervision, and quality standards
