We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is centered around: IV therapy administration Venipuncture and blood draws Intramuscular injections (hormone therapy, vitamin therapies, etc.) The ideal candidate is confident clinically, calm under pressure, and understands how to create a comfortable, high-quality client experience. We are looking for someone who combines clinical skill with strong interpersonal presence and understands the importance of experience, not just execution.
Requirements
- Active RN license (New York)
- Strong experience with IV placement and venipuncture (this is critical)
- Comfortable administering intramuscular injections
- BLS certification required (ACLS is a plus)
- Experience in IV therapy, wellness, medspa, or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Administer IV vitamin therapy and wellness infusions safely and efficiently
- Perform venipuncture, blood draws, and maintain IV lines
- Administer intramuscular injections (hormone therapy, vitamin shots, etc.)
- Monitor patients during treatments and respond appropriately to any reactions
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control
- Accurately document all treatments within EMR systems
- Educate clients on services in a clear, professional, and approachable manner
- Collaborate with providers and client advocates to ensure a seamless experience
- Assist with inventory management and ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized, and premium clinical environment
