About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and health support services within Wilson County and East Davidson . Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in community health, public health, school nursing, or clinical settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
• Experience working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, assessments, and interventions in accordance with RN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, document, and report patient health status and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Support health screenings, care coordination, and follow-up services
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, families, and community partners
• Provide health education and wellness support as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices
