The Registered Nurse role involves managing the care of patients experiencing medical conditions or surgical procedures. This includes assessing patient conditions, administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, maintaining records, and providing support and education to patients and their families. The nurse is expected to possess a broad knowledge of medical care to effectively serve a diverse patient population.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
RN license active in the state of Missouri
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
Exhibits valuable time management skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Previous nursing experience
