RN ICU FT Nights
About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time position, 36 hours weekly, working nights from 7pm-7am. The RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. The Intensive Care Unit is a 16-bed adult medical ICU providing specialized care for a variety of critically ill patients, including those with stroke, sepsis, shock states with or without multi-organ failure, and respiratory failure. New graduate RNs are welcome.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- NIHSS Stroke Certification required (Obtained within 10 weeks of hire)
