About The Position
Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join their team at the Joni Fair Hospice House in Pueblo, CO. Sangre de Cristo Community Care is a leader in Southern Colorado, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services through symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion. As a Hospice RN, the role is essential in providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during a crucial time, with a personalized care approach due to a 1:10 patient ratio.
Requirements
- Must have a valid non restricted nursing license in the state of Colorado
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
