About The Position
We are seeking an experienced RN (with critical care background), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient imaging team on a temporary full-time basis. This role is ideal for a clinically strong provider who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote radiologist to support safe, efficient patient care. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Duration: Approximately 4–8 months
Requirements
- Active RN (critical care experience required), NP, or PA license
- Strong IV skills and experience with contrast administration preferred
- Experience in emergency, ICU, or other high-acuity settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient imaging setting
- Monitor patients before, during, and after contrast administration.
- Assess for contraindications and respond to any adverse reactions under the direction of a remote radiologist.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after Interventional procedures.
- Ensure a safe, high-quality patient experience
- Collaborate with technologists and radiology team members to maintain efficient workflow
