The exciting opportunity Permanent part time role (minimum 48 hours a fortnight) Variety of shifts available Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility Formulate, review and update care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care What you'll get in return Be part of a friendly, collaborative and supportive team Ongoing training and development opportunities Be appreciated - we know our staff are integral to achieving our vision and are committed to employee wellness Competitive hourly rate and access to retail discounts What you’ll need to succeed Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered) What to do now If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
