Registered Nurse- Home Hospice (Per Diem- as needed)

Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers. This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties. Orientation: 2 weeks full time, 8am - 5pm + additional orientation over the next 16 weeks that can more flexible.
Requirements
