About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where the RN will work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The role involves delivering inpatient dialysis therapies, collaborating with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitoring patients, adjusting treatment, and ensuring quality outcomes. The RN will also support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs and must be able to adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment. No prior dialysis experience is required as paid training will be provided. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs. Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program.

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of practice
ADN required
Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
CNN/CDN certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
