Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home health services in the comfort of clients' homes across Oahu. Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Hawaii
• Flexible availability (open to both short and long-term assignments)
• A heart for senior care – compassionate, reliable, and solution-oriented
• prior experience is strongly preferred due to the independent nature of fieldwork and the need for strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate 1:1 care to seniors in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with family members and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes
