The RN uses sound medical and professional judgment and best practices to support the medical, safety and well-being of every resident while maintaining compliance with established state nursing and licensing regulatory agencies, and federal standards requirements. The RN, working closely with their assigned nurse manager, will be responsible for care, oversight and quality assurance of medical care coordination for residents to include, but not limited to well visits, immunizations, sick visits, documentation, medication audits, supply inventory, ordering and communication with parents/guardians.
