This every other weekend role plays a vital part in maintaining consistent nursing coverage and promoting excellent outcomes. Requirements
- Current South Carolina RN license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting weekend operations

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, professional nursing care every other weekend
- Complete accurate assessments and timely documentation
- Support CNAs and LPNs with clinical oversight and guidance
- Respond to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
