We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Health Services team. This role is ideal for a nurse who values relationship-based care, clinical leadership, and working collaboratively in an Assisted Living and Memory Care environment. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
  • 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (per state requirements)
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and delegate effectively
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care within RN scope of practice
  • Assess resident health status and develop individualized service plans
  • Administer medications and treatments using eMAR
  • Oversee and coordinate medication aides and clinical team members
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for provider communication
  • Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory standards
  • Document assessments, observations, and care accurately
  • Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
