About The Position

Position: Permanent - Registered Nurse (RN) Highly competitive salary and employee benefits Both day and night 12-hour shifts are available Key Requirements: Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is highly preferred. Experience: At least 3 years of RN experience in a direct patient care setting. Licensure: Must hold a valid RN license in the State of Georgia or possess a multi-state/compact RN license. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire. ACLS certification is preferred within 6 months of joining us. Skills: We seek someone with excellent critical thinking and decisive judgment abilities. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining effective action plans. Essential Functions: Problem-Solving Excellence: Identify and address existing and potential patient care issues. Dedicated Patient Care: Engage in direct patient care activities, including specimen collection, wound care, and medication administration. Meticulous Documentation: Ensure all patient care activities are thoroughly documented for seamless communication.
