About The Position

Quickmed is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Requirements

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and emergency protocols
In-depth understanding of health and safety procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.)
Current RN license in good standing
BSc in Nursing or diploma from an accredited nursing program
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient conditions to provide optimal care and advice
Observe and communicate symptoms and changes in condition to physicians
Collaborate with providers and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
Perform routine clinical procedures (e.g., vital signs, injections) and document in patient charts
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Maintain hygiene and safety standards (e.g., sanitize equipment, prepare patient areas)
Provide immediate care in emergencies
Assist during surgical procedures when needed
Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants
Support patients and their families with compassion and clear communication
Pursue continuing education to enhance knowledge and skills
