Requirements

Valid RN license in the state of Washington
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
BLS/CPR certification
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Document patient care and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Adhere to infection control policies and protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional knowledge and competency through continuing education
