About The Position

We are seeking a flexible, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives on building relationships and creating positive experiences for patients and teammates. This position serves as a float RN across three clinics, providing essential patient care and supporting providers in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing (minimum); BSN preferred
• RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a busy environment
• Comfortable with basic nursing procedures (suture removal, catheter changes)

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve primarily in Holmen and Galesville clinics with occasional support at Ashley Wellness Clinic in Arcadia
• Telephone triage and in-basket work
• Nurse-only visits (e.g., suture removal, catheter changes, blood pressure checks)
• Follow-up on lab and INR results
• Patient outreach for diabetes and blood pressure management
• Perform Medical Annual Wellness visits
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, medical assistants, and patient liaisons
