Your Role as a Nurse Care Coordinator – Registered Nurse As a vital member of our psychiatric services team, you will support clients youth along their mental health journey by:

Requirements

  • Active Indiana Registered Nursing (RN) license
  • Two years of post-degree psychiatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assessing their mental and physical health upon admission
  • Processing tests (TB,)
  • Completing lab orders and securing test results
  • Addressing somatic complaints
  • Completing medication reconciliations, and physical assessments
  • Ensuring that medication consents are complete
  • Supporting pain resolution
  • Assessing the need for precautions and reassessments
  • Completing thorough charting
  • Providing education on medication, physical concerns, and activities of daily living such as proper hygiene.
