DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where the RN will work directly with patients in various acute care units such as ICU, CCU, and ED. The position involves delivering inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis, while collaborating with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff. Responsibilities also include monitoring patients, adjusting treatment, ensuring quality outcomes, and overseeing patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). The role requires adaptability in a dynamic hospital environment. No prior dialysis experience is required as paid training will be provided. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs. The role may also involve rotating between different facilities.
