About The Position

BAYADA is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in Indiana to provide skilled one-on-one in-home care in areas such as Franklin and Shelbyville. This role allows nurses to make a real impact close to home by building strong, meaningful relationships with clients of all ages and acuity levels, delivering personalized, high-quality care at a pace that allows true focus on the client. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling, 24/7 clinical support, and weekly pay, emphasizing compassion, excellence, and reliability in home health care.

Requirements

Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Provide skilled one-on-one in-home care to clients
Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients
Deliver personalized, high-quality care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
Focus on patient care through user-friendly electronic charting

Benefits

$35–$38/hour in Indiana
Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month) opportunities
Daytime and Overnight Shifts
8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts available
