About The Position

DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The role involves delivering inpatient dialysis therapies, collaborating with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff, monitoring patients, adjusting treatment, and ensuring quality outcomes. The RN will also support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs and adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment. No prior dialysis experience is required as paid training is provided. The role involves working in various hospital units and rotating between facilities as needed, with a schedule that includes regular and on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
• Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
• CNN/CDN certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
• Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
