Hayward Gardens Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time positions. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. Requirements
- Current RN license.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.
- Observe and interpret patients' symptoms and communicate findings to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures, including blood pressure measurements, administering injections, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
