Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred.
- CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document all care provided accurately and timely in patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
