Make a meaningful impact in acute care nephrology. DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. No dialysis experience is required, as paid training is provided. You will work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed. The schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs. Be part of a clinical leader in kidney care, delivering critical, life-sustaining care in a hospital setting. DaVita is a comprehensive kidney care provider focused on transforming care to improve the quality of life for patients globally. The company is a leading provider of kidney care services in the U.S. and has been a leader in clinical quality and innovation for more than 20 years. DaVita is working to help increase equitable access to care for patients at every stage and setting along their kidney health journey—from slowing progression of kidney disease to streamlining the transplant process, from acute hospital care to dialysis at home. At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second, aiming for all teammates to experience DaVita as "a place where I belong."
