About The Position

Job Summary & Deliverables The Registered Nurse (RN) provides medication management services (including assessment of behavioral health status and medication administration and distribution) as ordered by prescribers. The Registered Nurse may also provide case management services, personal rehabilitative services, and patient education in formal groups as indicated in the care plan. Delivers evidence-based treatment as prescribed for behavioral health and substance use disorders Documents important clinical events in the electronic medical record system Demonstrates awareness and coordination of patient needs with the clinical treatment team Provides professional leadership, mentoring, and general guidance for other medical team members Demonstrates flexibility when temporarily assigned to other clinics Educates clients and families of the individual treatment plan

Requirements

  • Completion of a Registered Nurse training program from an accredited organization
  • Graduation from ValleyAcademy
  • RN license in state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • Valley de-escalation certification
