About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). This role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate, on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease directly in the facility setting. No prior dialysis experience is required as comprehensive paid training will be provided. The position offers a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve floating to multiple facilities during and after training. It is a fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
• CNN or CDN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
• Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
