About The Position

We're looking for a Nurse Trainer in our Community Based Services Program right now! Location: Stratham NH and Seacoast area Responsibilities: In this role you will assume responsibility for all nursing care procedures and related health care activities for assigned clients in the Seacoast area in residential programs. You will provide direction and oversight to staff for the medical needs of individuals served, consistent with the State Regulations, guardians, physicians and other consulting staff and provide ongoing medical monitoring and quality assurance of residence according to Easterseals' medical policy and procedures. In this role you will also provide medication administration training to staff and independent contractors and supervise staff in relation to medical and health treatment for individuals served. You will also complete nursing assessments for each individual assigned as well as provide oversight of ordering prescriptions, medical supplies, scheduling all medical and dental appointments and ensure follow-through with staff and follow up treatment as ordered. Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing Three (3) years of experience with the target population, or Equivalent of education and experience combination Bachelor’s degree preferred Registered Nurse, current State License Certification as a Nurse Trainer or the ability to obtain certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Hours: This is a full time 40 hour per week position, Monday through Friday. Must have a flexible schedule with the availability to be on-call and the ability to travel between locations. Compensation: $72,800 yearly What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing
