About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix, AZ .
Requirements
- Active RN license (state-specific as required).
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions and record medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
