About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No prior dialysis experience is required, only a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. The position offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you will build long-term patient relationships and apply broad nursing skills to medically complex patients. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating
• Comply with Federal and State requirements related to vaccination against Covid-19, including being up to date with vaccinations or having a qualified exemption
• For teammates who work to support in-patient treatments in hospital or healthcare systems, there may be additional booster requirements prior to providing patient care services

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required
