Your Role: As an RN, you'll help supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop long-term care plans, administer medications, and follow up with families to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Maintain resident confidentiality and protect their rights.
Strong understanding of HIPAA laws and related regulations.
Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work every day.
All employees must pass state-specific background checks before contact with patients/residents.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
Four to six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest quality of patient care to residents.
Promptly document care and observations in the clinical record using standard guidelines.
Communicate effectively with residents' physicians and families.
Administer medications, observe and report responses, and manage medication records.
Assist with or initiate emergency measures for sudden adverse developments.
Help lead a shift with fellow RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering strong relationships and compliance with policies.
Ensure all nursing documentation accurately reflects the care provided.
Promote optimal safety and effectiveness in medication management.
Follow clinical policies, procedures, and federal/state guidelines.
Ensure regular attendance for assigned shifts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and protect resident rights.
Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
